When choosing a hardwood floor there are many options, so it can be confusing at first. Our estimators will meet with you and walk you through all of your options and will help you determine what kind of flooring is best for you and your home. There are a lot of options to decide from; whether it is prefinished hardwood, unfinished hardwood that is sanded and finished in place, solid, engineered, nail down, floating or direct glue our estimators can help you sort through all of your options to decide on the perfect floor!
M&M Floors, Inc. specializes in high quality, dust-controlled finishing of new wood floors as well as refinishing and restoration of existing wood floors. So much has changed in the last 15 years when it comes to refinishing of new and existing hardwood floors. The process is not dustless, no machine is that good, but the new dust containment equipment that we use will contain 90% of the airborne dust that one would normally find with the sanding process. We have the newest and most up-to-date equipment available.
While specializing in hardwood floors, M&M Floors, Inc. is especially proud of our ability to create beautiful custom stairways. Your stairway is a focal point of your home and is usually the first thing someone sees upon entering your home. We can stain and refinish your existing oak stairway in any color stain you like and can match existing floor or trim stains as needed.
Luxury Vinyl Plank and Luxury Vinyl Tile floors are a wonderful alternative to hardwood, especially where a concern exists of occasional water problems. LVP & LVT are both resilient durable flooring that will hold up to kids, pets and water. Outstanding manufacturer warranties apply to the durability with excellent appearance of both products.

We hired M and M floors to put hardwood floors in our lake house. The result was amazing!. They did a fantastic job and were very professional through the entire process. We always get loads of compliments on our floor. I'm happily recommending them to anyone looking for quality and a beautiful product. From the owner to the installers, and the office staff.everyone was friendly and professional.

We have had M & M floors install new hardwoods in our last two homes. Both houses had existing hardwoods which they feathered in flawlessly. Sanded down and stained everything to our liking. Looked like one complete brand new floor. 3 coats of poly has held up great against our dogs. They also installed carpet in a few rooms and a staircase runner, both look amazing.
Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Installation crew showed up early and knocked out the work on time. I definitely recommend going with them on your next floor project.

Had M&M install beautiful oak floors in the main level of our home to match what was in the foyer and dining room. The work was done so professionally, and you can't even tell a difference between the wood that was existing to what was new! We have had the floors for about two years now and they have held up so well in terms of coloring and durability! Would definitely use M&M again in the future!

Awful experience. Hired M and M floors to replace old flooring with new hardwood oak floors. The flooring they laid on the second floor was cracking, popping and moving quite a bit. I asked them about the problems. Their onsite installer, Billy, acknowledged the problems, told me that they should have stopped after half of a room instead of doing three rooms. Billy then said I had bad wood and should contact the manufacturer.
I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a third party inspector. The inspector discovered that the wood was nailed every 12-30" when it should be every 4-6". Some wood had zero nails! After admitting that they should have stopped work and after reading the third party inspector's report M and M floors said that the third party inspector always blames the installer and wouldn't take any responsibility.
My subfloor on the first floor needed repair and M and M offered to do the repairs. On the day of the repairs there carpenter left after 15 minutes saying he couldn't do it and walked out. It took me two weeks to get someone from M and M to call me back and come out to my house. One of the owners, Chris, came out and concurred that they should not have laid so much wood and should have stopped to inform me that there were problems. Chris said he would talk to the other owner, Tim, and get back to me the next business day.
I called them twice a day for a week, they finally called me back after a week of ignoring me. I offered to return all the original wood and pay them to complete the subfloor repair and buy all new wood from them. M and M floors refused to proceed. It took two more weeks to get my deposit back. I insisted they pull up the wood that they installed incorrectly at no charge.
They sent Billy back out and he quit after 10 minutes and walked out. M and M refused to honor their commitment to remove the incorrectly installed wood. What an enourmous waste of time, energy and money! M and M floors should have either quickly refunded my money and parted ways amicably or finished the job as promised. NO INTEGRITY! DO NOT USE THEM! I am reporting them to DPOR.
