First, he helped direct us to the perfect mix of affordable and still high quality carpet we were looking for so we scheduled that installation. At the last minute we needed to add a hard floor as well and Sayeed came through with in stock flooring that could be installed within our short timeline. I'm thrilled with our new floors, and the installation was quick and professional. I highly recommend Sav On Floors for whatever your flooring needs may be.

He is the worst! His crew damaged our walls and doors during hardwood installation and they never took the responsibility of it. He said it can happen and it is not their fault. He called us a liar! He always talks about customer satisfaction, but doesn't care about you as soon as you sign the contract and he gets his money! His crew is as awful as him! Don't trust his words EVER!

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience! I only needed a small area - a stairway from 1st floor to basement. I was treated as though I was needing a huge amount of work to be done - with courtesy, respect, care and prompt handling of my calls and requests. As I was selecting the carpet, a recommendation was made to go with a different type for the stairs (actually it was less expensive than what I had been looking at).

I am so delighted now to have the recommended carpet on my stairs. Upgraded padding was added at no charge, the installation was handled quickly, efficiently and neatly - no damage to walls, no mess left by the crew. I am thrilled with everything, including the price! Saeed and his team ROCK! Thank You!

We saved over $1,000 from next lowest bid. Saeed was very professional and SAV-ON is a certified Mohawk dealer with high quality padding and carpet. They were on time for measuring and installing, clean and finished removal and install of five rooms in four hours. They cleaned up perfectly too. We definitely recommend you consider them when shopping. You won't be disappointed.

Mr. Saeed has been very helpful when we met him at the store the first time. He allowed us to take three floor samples to see what would match best with our kitchen cabinet. The two workers Miguelito and Eduardo were very polite. Eduardo did an excellent job laying down the floor tiles. The shoe molding installed matched the cherry cabinets and white walls. Job was finished in about five hours. I highly recommend them.

This has been one of the worst possible experiences that I have ever had as a customer. I would strongly advise against doing business with them. Our interaction was mainly with the owner, and everything seemed fine until we signed the contract. Things started to take a turn for the worse when they didn't keep their promise on the project start time.

We literally had to call them a few times just to get a date for the kickoff. Then, they sent a crew who proved to be quite unprofessional. They behaved negligent while working and even damaged one of our trims. As soon as we showed the damage to the owner, he took a defensive approach and began to deny the wrongdoing by saying that there is no evidence his crew did the damage.

His defensive approach even became unbearable for us when he accused us for dishonesty! Later, he also denied that. In short, I highly recommend to stay away from them if you really value your time, money and your property.

It was great working with them. Even though it took longer to get the floor done due to the holidays and delays in the order due to COVID, the service and final result was great. Very professional installation people too. Overall a great experience working with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Had them install hardwood floors in my office on the second floor. Floor looks great and the crew was quick and cleaned up completely after the job. My complaint is that the mount for one of the pendant lights in the kitchen below the office was damaged. When called to discuss this I was told that they would not cover any repair to it. The only discussion was to take pictures off the adjoining walls; no discussion of any damage waivers. Use with caution.

Our Experience was 5 Star from the salesman, quote, timing, installation and quality. We got three good referrals and SAV-On Floors met all the bid requirements with over $1000 savings. They're a certified Mohawk dealer. Amazing install all five rooms in under four hours including removal of old pad and carpeting. They cleaned every scrap, vacuuming the small fibers too! We highly recommend you consider them when shopping for flooring.

Sav on Floors did an amazing job installing our carpet in Haymarket. Mansour was wonderful to work with, he even came to our house bringing different samples that he thought would work, we ended up going with a carpet he recommended, and we're very happy with it. The installers did an excellent job too! Going with Sav on Floors was a much better experience than big box stores, and the price was less too.

Had Sav-On Floors install laminate flooring in downstairs and main level of house. They removed all of the old carpet and flooring from those levels and did a first rate job of installing the new flooring. Also installed tile in the upstairs bathroom and refinished the hardwood floors upstairs with a natural finish after completely sanding down the floors before doing so.

The wood floors looked remarkable once the work was complete. The cost to do all of this including materials and labor was fair and reasonable. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Sav-On Floors installed new flooring throughout my new condominium. My dealings were with Saeed Ghodsi, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and considerate to my tastes and interests. Faced with some time constraints on my part, Saeed was attentive to all the instructions of the building management, and followed their health and safety protocols for the COVID-19 situation. Saeed's team did a beautiful job of laying the floors, quickly, efficiently, and maintaining a clean workplace. Saeed is an excellent manager of his team, and his team proved to be expert in carrying out their job.

We purchased our hardwood floors from Savon Floors and couldn't be happier. Their knowledgeable sales staff helped us pick just the right flooring for our family's needs. Save our floors was referred to us by friends and we are very pleased with the outcome. We will be recommending them to our friends and family.

When we decided to replace much of the main floor flooring in our home, we didn't even shop around. We had heard enough good things about Sav-On-Floors that we felt comfortable dealing with them. There were a few negative entries on the Web, but we figured they were from isolated, unreasonable customers, especially since we were treated so well by the manager, Saeed, and the staff.

We chose a porcelain ceramic tile for the kitchen and eating area and then engineered oak hardwood for the LR, DR, entranceway, and hall. The tile was installed beautifully, and the few defects were fixed quickly and in good spirits. Unfortunately, not so with the hardwood. We learned after the job was completed that the installers were supposed to clean the boards as they were being installed.

Since they did not, we had swirls and glops of glue all over the floor.nearly everywhere. They hastily replaced the large area rug in the LR and the furniture throughout (even scarring several new boards in haste) obviously trying to cover up some of the problem. At the direction of the store manager, the installers made an effort at cleaning, but only on each specific spot we marked with blue tape and only with a makeshift cleaning product.

The store manager came out and suggested we just pay our housekeepers an extra $50 and let them clean the floor. So, we have purchased a professional cleaning product and are cleaning as we can and as we find the worse of the areas. We have since talked with several customers of the store and have learned that the quality of the installation is often dependent on which installation team you are assigned. Evidently, the installers are contracted by several flooring companies. and it's the luck of the draw who does your work.

Should you chose to hire Sav-On-Floors, we suggest you talk with other customers who have had the same team install who will be installing for you. It might save you a whole lot of grief that we went through and are still dealing with. D. & M. Jackson, Gainesville, VA

This used to be my favorite place to buy flooring. 20 years later I used them once more after moving out of my house. I drove back to check on job and closet was not carpeted therefore didn't make final payment. I had medical emergency with surgery and have been harassed for payment. It's only been 2 weeks and I've not driven back to house yet.

I promised to drive to house in just 3 more days to check job.again and was told was being referred to collection agency. There was no care or concern for my very real situation.or the fact I'd used them two times prior! I will never be treated poorly/abused by them again! I was yelled at by Sayeed over the phone when in PreOp then again one week later. No more ABUSE!

Great business! Just took in a rug that needed to be cut and rebound for a different space! So reasonable! I also am having a custom rug cut for under my kitchen table, again great price and customer service!

I was referred to Sav On Floors by a colleague. I had to replace my carpet in a short time frame and was looking for a good balance between cost and quality. Mansur was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. His no-pressure style and work ethic made the whole process easy. I was able to get the carpet I wanted installed within 4 days of the consultation at a very reasonable price.

The final result looks great and I couldn't be happier. I will recommend Sav On Floors to friends and family members that will need their flooring replaced in the future.

Used them to purchase and install my inlaws engineered hardwood. Great floor, installed on time. My only beef is that the communication was difficult at best. Couldn't get ahold of the sales guys when I called and he was a little patronizing. But I am not going to argue with the floor or the quality. The next time I need flooring, I will probably get a bit from them. Not so sold on the customer side that I wouldn't consider using anyone else, but I would give them another shot.

We solicited multiple estimates before choosing this contractor. They came in, measured and eventually delivered the product to our home. Days later, as agreed, they returned to install it. After removing the existing floor in all three rooms, they told me that they miscalculated the measurements by almost 20%, apologized and asked us to pay the difference.

Given that their estimate was a defining reason for choosing them over others, we agreed to pay what we thought was fair which was the actual dealer cost for the remaining floor to be ordered. I asked for his actual materials cost however when I went to validate it with third party vendors in the same business, there was a significant discrepancy.

After a high pressure argumentative conversation (which I felt was unnecessary given they admitted to this being their error entirely) with the sales person, I ultimately paid the fair market value (as determined by another wholesaler in the business) for the additional wood flooring even though the calculation error on the estimate was, as they admitted, entirely their fault.

The second installer that came to finish the job, did so while spending 90% of his time on his phone. I recommend that if that happens to you, make the contractor stick to their original estimate. In the end, the additional cost we had to pay would have impacted our decision as the next best estimate offered a better product. Responsiveness to any emerging issues (should there be any on the recent install) will determine if we would ever use this provider again. Until then, we are undecided as we did not feel particularly respected as a customer.

Just needed a new carpet for our family room. Saw good reviews here and they are local. I called and asked if they were running any specials. Mr. Mansoor said yes. He came by the next day and brought samples, including some that were on sale. He said they had many more at the showroom from 5 or 6 major suppliers but the one he showed me on sale was perfect for our needs.

The price was very good. Very decent carpet and padding for $2.39/square foot, I believe. The guys came the next day to install. Total price was just $799 for a medium sized family room (about 29 X 14). Will definitely use them again.

12 years ago we had a great experience with them installing carpet on our entire first floor. Recently we bought a room sized remnant that we installed ourselves in a small room. We made a mistake on the depth of a closet, so we installed a strip at the closet entrance, and planned to add a piece of carpet or tile in there later. I checked with the store, and they saved me a piece of trash from another install of a very close match carpet that would have been discarded. after that job.

We picked it up, and there was no charge. We installed the piece, and they saved the day. We are going to re-do the first floor, and rest of the bedrooms soon, and they will be my place to purchase. Very nice, family business.

Surprised they have no reviews yet. I needed emergency carpet install Mansour was there within an hour to take measurements and give me an estimate. I was so grateful to him with how stressed I was with my move he helped to give me a piece of mind in one area. Extremely professional and patient with all of my carpet questions. Will be adding hardwood next year, guess who I will be going with?!

I needed carpeting replaced in my townhouse and was quoted one price at the store when I placed the order which included the carpet, installation and removal of the old carpet but later to find out after I had paid half up-front that an additional charge was added for the removal of the carpet which added a couple hundred dollars more than the original cost.

Also was told the carpet installers are employees of the company vs independent contractors which was not the case. I plan on using Home Depot in the future although the turnaround time for installation is a little longer, the total cost will be much lower than Sav on floors for the same carpet quality.
