Sometimes issues come up & always a good sign of how a business is run is how they respond. We had an issue with the Manufacture quality (who they have since dropped) on the flooring & MP Caroll went above & beyond to make sure it was replaced & we were looked after. Even finishing parts of the install they should not have been responsible for. Highly recommend Mike & his crew, very professional, patient & cleaned up after every day. I cant recommend them enough.

This is my second time using MP Caroll for an new install. Our first time was our old home we remodeled and the second was on our new build. Mike Caroll is one of the best business owners I have met. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish on over 2,500 square foot of new install, the best customer experience.
