Established in 1916 as Vulcan Asphalt Co. . the firm, and it's successors, have been actively in the business of furnishing and installing flooring materials ever since. In 1960, Vulcan Asphalt changed its name to Vulcan Floors. to better reflect our business. Vulcan did literally 1000's of flooring jobs through the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s.
