I guess they get one star for showing up to view the job. Seemed nice at the meeting but that's as far as it goes. Met in late April 6 weeks or more ago and still nothing. I was told I would have an estimate in a week. I called at 2 weeks to get a receptionist who gave the usual, "we are really busy and it may take a bit longer". At 3 weeks the office gave me salesman number on Monday.(which I think was son of owner?).

He apologized and would get it to me the next day. Tuesday nothing, call Wednesday to get the same excuse and "I'm pulling it from my pile and have it by Friday". I then call and even give them an out and to just tell me you don't want it. I receive a text (in pic) to drag it out longer. Seriously?! It's now Late May and I've give up. Why would I hire a company that can't even get you an estimate and keep saying they will.

This job is straight as could be. They installed the floors upstairs when it was built and have the wood type and stain. Just measure and give a cost. OR say "we aren't interested. " I'm contractor and say it all the time when we can't fit a person in. It's just a courtesy. Most likely do the same with the job and run over cost and keep extending the finish date. God for bid you have a problem after they are paid.

We are so happy with our floors from K.T. Hardwoods. The Crew that worked on our house was the best. Rob ans Demetri. I'm so glad we had them. They paid attention to details and discussed with us any concerns we had. They send above and beyond to meet our needs with the floors. We also had very little dust which made me very happy. I can say enough good about our experience and are thrilled with our outcome.

We love our hardwood floor installed 21 years ago by KT hardwoods and refinished a week ago to perfection. They are the best. They refinish the floor perfectly without damaging any of our white floorboard or getting dust throughout the rest of the house. I gave them five stars for a perfect job. Mark Taylor

We have loved our experience with KT Hardwoods from beginning to end. They are very professional, they listen to their customers, and they work hard to meet and exceed expectations. We went from a red oak flooring to an almost white oak look. They work very hard in working on the stain and made sure we liked the results. Definitely high quality work, we love our floors and get questions about them all the time.

About 7 years ago we replaced our main floor carpet with Walnut floors from KT hardwood. Still today, the floor looks absolutely beautiful. We have not had any issues at all and absolutely love our real wood floors. We have some LVP flooring in our business office, which actually looks really nice, but you can't beat the warmth, depth, and feel of real wood floors.

We were so pleased with the communication, professionalism, and service from Josh at KT that we are going to have them do more work as we are about to remodel other areas of our home. Thanks for such a great experience Josh and KT team!

KT Hardwoods did an amazing job replacing and restoring my hardwood floors. I am so pleased with the results. Working with Shane and Kathy in the office and Jeremy and Shane, the installers, was a pleasure. Everyone was so nice and professional. From start to finish they were there for me. I have another flooring project coming up and am excited to be working with the KT Hardwoods team again. They are the very best!

Great job refinishing my floors! Casey and Bryce were great. They repaired a water damage area and created a stain color I love. They were professional, detail oriented, always on time, and finished in a timely manner. I love the finished product.
