We have solid oak floors that were 22 years old. Denny and his crew came and re-sanded the floors, and replaced the carpeting in the living room and dining room with matching oak. Then they refinished everything. It looks spectacular! You can't tell that there was carpeting in the other rooms, everything flows seamlessly. We changed the finish color, and asked the guys to help us figure out what color to use.

They asked us a few questions, and then came back from the truck with 4 colors, and all 4 seemed perfect. They really simplified the decision making process for us, which we really appreciated. They accommodated our schedule, so we could be out of town while they worked. We didn't worry a bit about being away when they came. Came back to beautiful gleaming floors! Denny and the entire crew are extremely polite, professional, and very patient (we had lots of questions).

Communication was excellent - phone calls, emails, and being punctual I am so glad we called them! I highly recommend them and would definitely have them back, if we need this done again. Thank you, Denny!

Was supposed to have a consultation today, it's been nearly an hour, and have not shown up. Between driving to the house that we're working on and waiting for them, I wasted two hours of my day. Extremely poor professionalism!

Overall, a fine experience with a great outcome. My wife and I contracted Denny and team to replace our old floors on our main level with new hardwood alongside our kitchen remodel. Pricing was very fair. There were delays getting started, but Denny was up front about them and they did not impact the progress of our kitchen. There was also an issue with the finish of the stain after application, which turned out to be a sanding issue. Denny and team re-sanded the floors back to bare, re-stained, and finished.and they look beautiful.

I am still leaving 5-stars despite the initial delays and the mistakes, because Denny was upfront, transparent, and made corrections to their mistakes without any significant headaches from our end with exception to a two or three day delay. Things happen, especially in construction. It's the response to the mistakes that really matters, and Denny and team stepped up and delivered stunning floors. We're happy we decided to use this company.

I highly recommend Griffith & Sons for wood floors. Communication with the office (one of the Griffiths) was excellent! We had one communication issue with the workmen that were in our home, (not letting us know that we would not be able to walk on our floors on a certain evening) but other than that, we were very happy with the quality of their work. Our floors look beautiful!

These guys do quality work! Be prepared to clean up the dust for several days upon completion.

Had new hardwood installed in my dining room and then my kitchen and office floors sanded and re stained and sealed. Everything looks great- I know this can be a lengthy process with the multiple sanding and then staining and sealing several times but in the end, everything looks great. Griffith was recommended highly to me by several people I trust and they did a great job. Denny was friendly and nice to deal with on the phone

Horrible customer service, sloppy work, you can tell by the up keeping of there be vehicles, sloppy organization, vans filled with slop. Not recommended.
