The Flooring group recommended Joe Garcia to install our basement Cortex floor. We were told there were leveling problems but they could fix it. They screwed it up so badly that we had to hire an installer from Simply Floors to rip out, (1500 ft2 of flooring), spend 2 days leveling it correctly, and relaying the floor which is now gourgous. The Flooring Group did very little to help us reclaim our losses. which totaled over $4000. They did ask me to take my initial review down in good faith which I did. As you read this again you can come to your own conclusion how good their faith was.

My experience with The Flooring Group was not professional or easy. I was referred to The Flooring Group by a client to get tile for my business and my home. Audrey was the sales woman who worked with me and from the beginning I struggled with good communication. I placed a large order in March and had issues with getting calls back promptly from Audrey to order or ask about tile.
It would typically take a couple days for her to get back to me. I got my order and enjoy the look and quality of my tile. Sadly, I did not order enough tile for my salon. I reached out to Audrey in the beginning of September, to which I received an email saying she was out of the office but would be getting back to me as soon as she returned. September came and went so in the beginning of October I reached out again via email and didn't hear back within a couple of days so I called her to follow up.
She called me right back and exclaimed that she was really busy but since it was a small order she would put it in and send me an invoice soon. Sadly, I didn't hear anything by time November came around. I attempted again to call and email her but she did not return either form of communication. Finally, I called in December and was met with a less than professional conversation. Audrey was quite rude and snappy with her responses.
She then said she'd get it ordered and will email me with an invoice. I then called to speak to the manager whom stated that a company had gone out of business so that they are getting swamped with orders, etc. and that her unprofessional response was okay. I as a paying customer, would highly disagree. I finally received and invoice, paid it and picked up my order, 3 months later.
The tile is beautiful but not worth all of the hassle. I will not be returning nor recommending this company. I am unable to respond to your request below, so I have emailed you from my business email. I have 4 business transactions with you so my information should be in your system.

The Flooring Group has some of the best customer services reps that I have ever worked with in my life. We have built wonderful relationships with our reps and have been provided with incredible treatment for many many years. They are very customer-centric and truly care about their customers. Their selections are amazing. Makes it hard to make decisions when they have so many incredible options to choose from.
Their team always helps us find exactly what we are looking for and will find the best prices available. They are fair, flexible and always friendly! Always quick to respond and never have any problems making adjustments if necessary. Monique and Candice have a true knowledge base on the products they offer and can answer pretty much any question thrown at them.

A designer not only has an incredible selection to choose from with the Flooring Group, our homeowner was given the opportunity to shop for their entire home in a one-stop shop setting. We chose our carpeting, bath tile, decorator tile accents, and beautiful granite and quartz countertop all under one roof. Carol was our personal contact at the store and, after listening to a description of our homeowner's dream for her home, guided us through the different areas of the store. She handled all of the ordering for us and everything came in in a timely fashion. Five stars for this group, you can't go wrong.

My carpet subcontractor sent me down to pick out some carpet for a higher end home I was doing. I was greeted by a middle aged guy busying himself helping the receptionist figure out something on the computer, who told me the lady I was supposed to talk to had already left for the day (even though I was there an hour early). And then. nothing. He just looked at me, so I was like: "Ok, is there someone else who can help me?" "Oh, man, I don't think so. we're just so slammed." I looked around the showroom, took in the ONE other customer present, and left. Never to return. Seriously don't understand why some people are hired to work in certain industries. Fail.
