Beware! Stay away from Classic Floors and Countertops if you are considering a home renovation. Their business model is designed to cheat you, which will cause you endless grief and expense as you struggle to bring your project to completion. You will be asked to sign a contract before any work begins which will include all allowances. The owner, Phil Young, will refuse to provide hard numbers in your contract, relying on "allowances" for such trades as plumbing, electric, flooring, fixtures, etc. which turn out to be nothing but bad estimates.
You will be presented with many invoices for additional charges, overly inflated beyond anything ethically acceptable that Phil won't even consider discussing. Do yourself a favor, avoid Classic Floors and Countertops and Phil Young if you want to save yourself money and aggravation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience with Phil and Nicole. Nicole was very helpful during our selection process and great to work with. Phil made sure the project was completed on time and within budget. I can't express how helpful they were with our lanai project. Very honest people and would strongly recommend the company to friends and family.

OMG. Had 40 feet of interior wall removed.redid the ceilings, electric, and removed old floors. tiled over 1500 square feet in the time line we contracted for. Phil acted as the general contractor and took total control of the entire project. One slip up at the end with the cleaning crew who did not know how to clean. Phil took charge and had our house cleaned."again" at no cost. Highly recommend for all aspects of home remodeling.

Great showroom so after bringing home many samples and picking out a product that we thought would be perfect for our floors we began installation. Unfortunately the product was defective so Phillip, the owner, made sure that we got a replacement product that we were totally happy with. Everyone at the company is polite, knowledgeable and knows their craft.
All were terrific from Phillip, to Katie the Comptroller, to Gerald our project manager and go to man and of course Art and Doug. Phone calls were always answered and work was timely and communication great. Thank you all for being reliable and honorable and going the extra mile. I would recommend Classic Floors to anyone!

Completed our kitchen remodel at the end of October with Classic Floors & Countertops. The ktichen looks like something out of a magazine. Robin was great she offered advice she set up a time for the kitchen consult with Duncan, he is great to work with and got our job finished on time. He sent me to an amazing place to select the quartzite for the counters and without his recommendation i wouldnt have found the stone gallery. Highly recommend this company for your remodel!
