Feil, Inc. was founded by Gerald and Andrea Feil in 1998. Gerald and Andrea immigrated to the United States from their homeland in Germany in 1997, becoming U.S. citizens in 2006. After graduating from school in Germany in 1976, Gerald learned the trade of hardwood flooring.Gerald diligently perfected his skills as a carpenter, mastering the art of sanding, finishing, and installing hardwood floors during his apprentice years in various specialized wood floor companies in Germany.For more than two decades, Feil, Inc. has been in business in Florida, serving the tri-county area with an outstanding reputation for timeless masterpieces and top-quality service.

We had Feil's install hardwood flooring in our home in Ft. Myers. Before the installation they removed tile and carpeting. The first day they were on time as they said they would be, they finished the complete project in 4 days. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Feil's to anyone who is doing a new wood floor.

Feil came highly recommended from a friend and we are very pleased with our hardwood floors. Mary Rager made the selection process very easy by listening to my preferences and knowing which flooring best suited my needs. We greatly appreciate the installation of the flooring by the master craftsmen; their professionalism, kindness and demeanor are well worth mentioning in this review. They went out of their way to explain the transition pieces and ensure we were very pleased with the finished product.

The owner, Angela is just an all around mean person. Think twice before spending thousands of dollars with such a mean and angry person. Unprofessional is an understatement. She's also dishonest and is a professional at gas lighting. Read her responses to google reviews and you will understand exactly why i'm posting this review.

Called the store to ask for Sqft numbers off an old job they had done to save some time and having to measure it all out. Andrea said "do your own work and don't ask me to bring up old files". Super unprofessional I will tell everyone in this industry not to use them after this experience. Even tried called back to apologize for any confusion. She said "don't even call here again" ps I wasn't rude to you on the phone you were rude to me. If you couldn't give me the info you could have just said so.

My husband and I recently bought a home in Fort Myers. We were unsure of what to do about the flooring. Andrea immediately responded to our request to take a look at our current flooring and WOW is she an expert. She helped us understand what was wrong with our current flooring, what made sense to replace the flooring with and the timeline to make it all happen.
Once we ordered we were updated regularly on timing of the flooring and when it would be laid. She underpromised and overdelivered. The Feil crew removed the old flooring, laid our new hardwood, and left everything else in perfect shape. They moved furniture, put sliding doors back up, and were quiet and courteous. Overall a stellar experience on every level.

Andrea was a pleasure to work with on our recent remodeling project. She came to our house, made suggestions on floor layout and materials to use and took the time to answer all our questions. The craftsmen employed by Feil Flooring are some of the best I've come across, their work in impeccable! The whole Feil team is great to work with. We built a new home and Andrea, Gerald and Mary took personalized care to make sure that we picked a floor and stair color what would look best in our house with our lighting. Andrea the owner came out to the house many times before we made a choice to give us floor options in our actual setting. In addition their workmanship is excellent.
Besides having wooden floors throughout the whole house we had Feil design and install architectural stairs. They are beautiful and we can tell they were made with skill and pride. I highly recommend Feil's.

A big thank you to the team at Feil Wood Flooring for doing a beautiful wood floor and staircase at our client's home on Captiva. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The communication is superb and the end result is pure perfection. My favorite part was that they run a CLEAN JOB SITE and their installers are perfectionists. I highly recommend Feil Wood Flooring!

Knowledgable, professional, conscientious, and attention to detail are just a few of the positive statements to make about Feil Wood Flooring Inc. We had uncontrollable damage done to our wood floors due to a machine malfunction. Feil installed our floors years prior and we would not of thought of going any other route than to have them help us again.
They were sympathetic to our need to expedite installation and get back into our home. Their installers were very diligent in taking great care with the installation and protection of our built-ins, walls etc. We would totally recommend them for the best end result one could have.
