Great experience! Needed to find someone to purchase more stair treads from after having ours ruined. Also needed someone with the knowledge to do them correctly. Chris was able to refer us to an installer and give us a break on the treads. Use them for all flooring issues!

We have orders shipped from this Orlando location often to Lakeland and the last 3 orders in a row have been wrong. One time they sent the wrong size paper and the last 2 shorted us a gallon of sealer when the packing slip stated the correct amount of products. This is unacceptable and is causing us to miss deadlines on jobs.

Love this store! The guys I've spoken with (Chris and Eric in the Orlando store) are super helpful. When my husband and I went there to get some Monocoat samples (fabulous stuff, BTW), Chris took the time to show us on a piece of wood how it works & how, what I was going to do, would look on the wood I got for our floors. It's our go-to place now.
