FloorWorks, Inc. was founded by owner Doug Phillips in 1998. With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Doug decided to specialize in the hardwood and laminate areas of floor covering. In 1996, Doug became one of the first Endorsed Installers for Pergo laminate flooring. In 1999, Doug helped open the Pergo Endorsed Installer training facility in Jacksonville, FL and still conducts installation training for Pergo. In 2000, Doug became a member of the Armstrong Installation Training Network.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went through Home Depot to have my floors done and it was not a good experience. I had to call them back to have them to fix minor stuff and they sent one of their workers with and attitude. He came in slamming the quarter rounds on my floor and all and he damaged my floor. They supposed to send someone back to my house to fix the that spot underneath my dishwasher but nobody ever showed up. Home Depot needs to find a different flooring company to do their installation of their floors. Don't hire this company to do your floors!

Installers were great. However I would NOT recommend this company due to POOR communication. They only have one goal and that is to take your money. Once they're paid you will not hear back from them. I even reached out to the owner and got a defensive email off back when that was not the reason for contact. He did not even attempt to call me or anything.
He assumed I was contacting him to be negative and did not even care to hear anything I had to say. (which was positive feedback about his installers) Customer Service is everything. I went through Home Depot and it hasn't been a good experience. Save yourself a headache.
