We decided to renovate our floors and were lucky enough to find Terry and Floor Online. There was a wide range of hardwood flooring to choose from and we were able to find something that was a perfect fit. Terry and his crew worked extremely hard, finished on time, and did an amazing job at installing the flooring. Not only that, but Terry has great connections and helped set up a contractor to install tile and also a plumber to remove fixtures in the bathroom while the tile was being installed. We are extremely satisfied with the work, the entire process was stress free, and Terry is great to work with. We highly recommend Floor Online!

I worked with Tom Shores, a contractor in February, on redoing the bath and the floors. He used fellow from Mexico and his brother who worked for Mario Bravo. He had ' bought the business'. The brother and a fellow from Guatemala did the work and the brother who didi the work first wanted to make a deal 'on the side'. I objected and Tom intervened.

Then they moved everything out except for the living room where I slept and did the floors. They didn't return! I called Tom and said it had been seven days and how long? The younger brother who didn't like me because I didn't like his 'on the side' deal, was just going to leave me hanging. Finally they moved most of the belongings back in the house.

But after they left I found the a Cartier watch and a ring that had been in the closet was missing. Five thousand dollars for that work was a terrible experience. Be careful!

Just replaced the carpet in our entire bottom floor. I couldn't be happier with this company! They were very quick and very polite! The installers checked in whenever they came or went and we're fairly quite the whole time. In fact the only noises we heard from them were the tools they were using and it was still fairly quiet. Terry is a wonderful man and I loved how quickly he made this happen for us! Thank you to all of the guys who worked on this project! And thank you Joe Door for recommending this company to us!

After my whole house flooded, I was lucky to find Terry at Flooronline. i visited his showroom, and after hearing what I was looking for, Terry showed me a number of flooring choices at a number of different cost points. Even before I had the insurance check in hand, Terry arranged to have the flooring installed. His installation crew arrived on time, was responsible and skilled at their work.

Terry at Flooronline is knowledgeable, patient, and understands the complexity involved with flooring an entire house. We needed just below 2000 sq ft of flooring and carpet. He let us take home multiple hardwood floor samples, explained the differences between all of them, has great attention to details, and worked around our crazy schedule. When it came time for the install, his crew was professional, courteous, and very skilled in the trade. Carpet installation took only 1 day so we were ahead of the game. Oh, and since Terry is the owner, there weren't any sales gimmicks. He's a straight shooter and takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend him.

We talked to several companies about getting 1200 square feet of hardwood floors installed. Terry was incredibly helpful, even explaining where wood is sourced from, we were delighted to choose American made over Chinese imports based on his knowledge. He also gave us a very good price, beating every other quote hands down, including Home Depot and empire floors.

Terry was recommended to me by the real estate agent who sold me my new house. Am I ever glad I followed her recommendation! I wanted to install wood flooring in my dining room, refinish the existing wood flooring throughout the remainder of the first floor of my house, and install new carpet on the second floor.
