Love our new floors! Evan was great in helping us decide what flooring to go with. Their quote was very reasonable for a quality product. Carolyn was terrific in scheduling and keeping us updated on the process. The installers worked very hard and we're able to finish a day ahead of schedule.

Great company. Very courteous and responsive. Came on time and even worked on a Sunday when we weren't expecting it. We had our hardwoods redone which is a huge pain as we had to move out but Ryan and crew made it easy.

Ryan and his team are exceptional! We had a large job that was a little tricky on the installation and prep. In the end we could not have asked for a more quality install! Ryan met with us a few times as we were set on finding the perfect wood floor and again we could not have been more pleased. Since our primary home was done so perfectly we hired Family Interiors again to replace carpet in another home for us. This time we were even out of town and again the job was done perfectly! Had an upgrade done to my home. Family Flooring installed the carpeting and vinyl, plus refinished the hardwood floor. I am pleased with all of the work. The office staff were wonderful to work with and the work crews were friendly and efficient. I will be using them in the future.

I am so happy with the service I received at Family Interiors! They not only helped me choose the right carpet, but their installation was completely professional. Many friends and family members have taken my advice to use their services and none have been disappointed.

We used this company for power shades and carpet in 2011 and 2013 and were pleased with the communication with the company and quality of the work. In July 2021 Evan came to discuss more power shades. We picked colors and were ready to proceed. We were assured by Evan that the job could be done within the next 2 months. However, despite several calls to them, we could not get a quote in time to get anything started before we left town for an extended RV trip. That work has still not been done. Communication with them is more difficult than it was several years ago.

I am so pleased with working with Family Interiors. I have multiple projects going on that I have used them for and cannot recommend them highly. Ryan, Evan, Carolynn and the talented team have been very professional and prices are reasonable.

Family did a great job for us. We are particular and had a situation that was a little challenging. Ryan was patient in working with us, to figure out what we wanted, answering all our questions to get what we wanted for 2 large patio sliding doors. Ended with automatic blinds and static drapery for decoration. We love it! Use the blinds daily. Because of the "difficult" installation the the installer also had to come back to make things right and did with no issue.

This is a wonderful company! I've had them do many window treatments in my house and they're all just perfect! I highly recommend this company.

I was recently referred to Family Interiors by a close friend. My husband and I bought a new home and are renting out our condo. We needed to replace the carpet and freshen up the place before listing it. It was a pleasure to work with Evan on selecting the color and quality of the new carpet. Every contact I worked with was friendly and professional.

The carpet was installed just about a week and a half after our initial meeting. It looks great and is a huge step up from the 14+ year old worn down carpet that was in there. We feel more confident about renting out the condo and it wouldn't have been this easy without the help of Family Interiors.

Had a full kitchen remodel and the finished product was exactly what I had imagined. In crazy times Evan made sure that the customer received what they desired. Love the new kitchen and will be using again for some bathroom remodels. Also they do excellent flooring work!

Very happy with the solution and installation for a curtain rod, which we were having difficulty with frequently. The new rod is so much easier to operate. The installer was quick and very experienced.

We have used Family for a number of years and for multiple homes. We have used them for window coverings and wood flooring services. In the past, they were attentive and accessible. Our last experience with this company was disappointing. We ordered window coverings in January and we were given a 3-4 month window of installation. The installation was incumbent on a home remodel beginning in April.

In addition, we asked for a quote on countertops. We received zero follow up after 2 months. I made repeated attempts to contact Ryan and Evan via the sole front desk number and was consistently told they were busy and would call back. More than 50% of the time, we received no response. Upon hiring another contractor for our remodel, there were several questions about the previously installed wood floors. Again, I was unable to obtain the name of the installer from the company, as they advised he was no longer working with Family.

After 6 months and multiple calls our window coverings were installed. The installer was less than enthusiastic, installed the coverings and left without a word? The sliding shutters were broken upon our inspection. Attempts to get the installer back out were unsuccessful. Family advised they would reorder the necessary part, which took an additional 5 months.

In that time, there was zero updates from Family. We had one final payment, which we withheld, until the blinds were in working order. Again, once repaired. no contact by Family. just an email requesting our final payment. My husband and I were perplexed by a few things. One, how is it in this day and age you cannot contact a service provider? We had contact numbers for our contractors and most of the subcontractors. Two, it seemed every time we called, one of the brothers was on a surfing vacation and could not be bothered. Three, we knew both brothers and their parents. it's easy to follow up when things are going great. The integrity of a company is revealed when challenges arise. We will not be using or referring Family in the future.

I shopped several local flooring companies and landed on Family Flooring on my last and final stop. Ryan was extremely helpful and provided me with a price quote that was very competitive. He actually came out to my house to do the measurements and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Ryan was very accommodating and transparent with the process.

The day of service, the installers showed up on time, were thorough and professional. We did a walk through at the end to make sure I was happy with the quality of work. I love my new floors and would definitely recommend checking out Family Flooring for your future needs. My only feedback is that the office staff isn't the most diligent with follow-up, but aside from that everything was great.

We had a great experience with all staff, including those that came to install flooring and blinds. Enjoyable show room, courteous staff, very nice and accommodating when we asked them to wear masks and shoe covers (provided by us), they were more than happy to comply. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We called for an estimate and they came out next day. Evan was very friendly, professional, thorough, and explained all the details to me. The thing I truly loved, was his prompt - quick responses to all my questions. I texted him a lot (lol) and he always responded immediately. We had vinyl planks put in our upstairs and we are very pleased with the whole process (from start to finish).

The installers were timely, knowledgeable, and left our home clean. At the end, we did a walk-thru and I was very happy with their work! This company is awesome and I'd recommend them to everyone!
