This place has got soooo many flooring samples, how do you choose?

Lots of selection for carpet and flooring. Only bad thing is prices are not posted to be seen. You have to get a sales associate to help with that. But overall prices are great and help is very knowledgeable.

Everyone was so very helpful. I left paying less then expected and they had exactly what I needed.

Fast, friendly, knowledgable. Sales are all ex-installers so they can give you pointers on installing. Only time will tell on the quality of the product. But, so far so good.

These folks are a bit out of the way, in fact you might think you've got the wrong directions until you realize that is indeed the building. Once you get past that, the service, selection and prices are excellent.

This is the place to buy flooring in San Diego. Taylor and Tom are the best salespeople I've ever had. They answered every question I asked, and are extremely knowledgeable. If you go to Rayo you'll be just as satisfied as I am. And the prices are the best in all of Southern California.

Rayo Wholesale has been wonderful to work with for our remodel. Not only have they been very attentive but they helped us manage and monitor a manufacture delay due to the pandemic. I am an artist by profession so my eye and taste can hard to please, and I was very happy with the options they had to offer. Not only are their displays beautiful but they have products with high quality standards which was important to us. They have a lot of options in stock which is great when you want your flooring asap! For a young family going through a remodel any positive experience with a vendor is amazing and we are so thankful for Rayo Wholesale!

Terrible customer service. spoke to a man on the phone. avoid this place. I cant even imagine how they treat people who purchase from them.

Rayo has great flooring selections and prices. Customer service is always exceptional. David and Miguel in the warehouse are very helpful, polite and patient. Tom McVeigh and several of the showroom sales personnel have been super helpful too. I will continue to refer family and friends to Rayo.

I went to Rayo looking for tile for a bathroom remodel and they had a huge selection. They had the best prices of 3 different tile stores. The salesperson Taylor was a big help with ideas. Ordering was easy and fast. I definitely will order from Rayo again for my other bathroom and kitchen remodel.
