Justin and the CQ Flooring team did an amazing job with our unplanned floor remodel. We had an unknown water leak that resulted in damage to the majority of our floors after remediation. This was a complex task given the variability of flooring materials that had to be removed and replaced with a subfloor, all meeting strict HOA requirements. They did an excellent job on this complex preparatory work. Justin had many options of various types of quality flooring material for us to choose from at his company.

He was honest and helpful in discussions about product differences, pricing, timeline exposure, and construction risks. His team members did an extraordinary job in both the complex removal of our old floors and replacement with European Oak floors we love! They were all very skilled and a pleasure to work with. Our floors look awesome. We had no idea what to get, what colors style would look right, etc. They helped us pick the right floors, were super flexible about installation, noticed a slab issue and pivoted on installing to make sure the warranty wouldn't be voided. My only quibble would be to have more transparency about cost breakdown. But the result is beautiful. Thanks, CQ.

We had a pleasant experience with CQ Floors and would recommend them to anyone in the area. First of all, they listened to our needs. They were accommodating and very easy to schedule with. The quality of materials is exceptional, we took the very old builder grade carpet to the most luxurious, soft feeling carpet. Lastly, the cost was reasonable and comparable to all others locally. We're extremely pleased with giving them our business and would do it again. Hopefully their offerings include more tiles/hardwoods in the future.

Justin and Nicole (the owners) were fabulous to work with. I needed to have all the floors redone in my recently purchased home and they had many options in product and price range to meet my needs, and budget. When I went to get additional quotes, they price matched the cost of product and were very clear and open with what the cost of everything would be from product to demo, to install.

They even came by to do a final walk through of the house to make sure everything was up to par. When there was one minor issue with the install of our baseboards, Justin made to sure to make it right and reduced the cost of the final price. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my new floors (I had them put in luxury vinyl plank downstairs and carpet upstairs--they look so beautiful!

Upon recommendation of our neighbor I contacted CQ Floors. The new owner is one of those people that makes you want to do way more to your home than you initially planned. Justin was so patient and helpful as I visited time and time again in my search for the "perfect" flooring for our home. I felt so confident with his suggestions and estimates, I just wish we could have done more, but will definitely be back! Meanwhile we look forward to our new carpet that's on order. Set out to replace 15 year old carpet for our large house. Shopped at Home Depot, Lowes, Prosource in North County San Diego. Was referred to Carpet Quest by a friend who just had new carpet installed in her condo. Decided to give them a try. Carpet Quest offers a combination of shopping differences and advantages over other carpet shops. Huge selection that is much better than the Home Depot and Lowes, excellent unbiased and very knowledgeable advice, personalized service from the owner himself, relaxed shopping without any pressure, and very competitive prices.

After a long process of trying to find the right carpet for what we were looking for, Dennis at Carpet Quest found THE carpet for us, and we moved forward with the purchase and install. We chose a high end loop / berber from Tuftex / Shaw. The Carpet Quest installers are A+, even working with the challenging loop carpet we chose. Basically, a perfect install with no visible seams. However, we did notice 2 manufacturing defects in the carpet in the master BR after install. Dennis worked directly and immediately with the manufacturer, who ended up replacing the whole upstairs carpet to ensue dye lot color consistency.

And again, on the warranty replacement, the installers were amazing. The result is a carpet that radically improves the look and feel of the house and property as whole. I highly recommend that Carpet Quest be given strong consideration if you are looking to get new carpet at a great price no matter what your budget, and desire to have a total experience of guidance and service that is outstanding! Job well done, A+ grade for Carpet Quest!

Dennis arrived at our home and brought many samples, which was fantastic. Couldn't make it down to his store. Chose the Mohawk Sculptured Touch in Champagne Glee. Couldn't be happier! Put in an 8 lb. pad which has nice bounce and feels like you're in a plush hotel. He brought in GM flooring to do the install. They did great work and evened out a rough patch of sub floor in office. Dennis gave me a range, and the cost to fix sub floor was on the lower end, which I appreciated.

We priced carpet at multiple places and Dennis beat the big stores in price and comfort in dealing with him. No high pressure sales. No fancy showroom. There's not a team of commissioned sales people competing to get your business. You have one guy, Dennis, walking you through everything you need to know to pick the best flooring for you and then Ramond installs it.

We used them for our new house and Dennis was kind enough to actually use the relatively new carpet we were removing from the new house and salvaged enough from it to re-carpet the home we were selling. They were so great in our original installation and the work they did on the place we were selling, we have recommended them to every friend and family member we know and our realtor has started recommending him too. Now, I read one review that said they tried multiple times to visit the "showroom" and no one was ever there. That's understandable to me since it is a really small operation. However, if you call ahead and schedule time to meet with Dennis, you shouldn't have any issue.

We just had Ramond over to repair a part of the carpet that a new puppy destroyed and Dennis dropped by to just make sure we were happy and all was good. That's great personal service, but it also means that someone may not have been manning their small showroom/office for that 30 minutes. The downside of being small is that you can't cover everyone and meet every demand, but we found Carpet Quest to be a perfect fit for us.

We used Dennis to carpet our entire home & he was a pleasure to work with. He took his time to go through many different flooring scenarios with us and we ended up with high quality carpet for very affordable price. He worked with us in a time crunch and was true this word on price & quality workmanship. We highly recommend Carpet Quest & will use them again.

Don't bother wasting your time. I'm not sure if someone even works here. This place was recommended by our realtor but I don't know why. We tried to go to this establishment to buy carpet on 3 separate occasions. We even checked their website to verify hours. No one answered the door any of the 3 times. We also tried calling and leaving messages but no answer or response.

We left several messages to either find out the hours or schedule a meeting but never got a call back. The times listed on the door match the website except for Saturday where is says it is open until 4p but the door says 1p. This last time we were there, we ran into a man who works in a nearby building who said this establishment was recently sold and since it was sold, he hasn't seen the new owner around ever. What a waste of time.

I had wood flooring installed by Home Depot and it was a disaster from beginning to end. When I needed carpet for upstairs my neighbor recommended Carpetquest. Dennis is the owner and was all business from picking out carpet to the installation. He even made suggestions on how to talk to HD so I could get them to fix my wood. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.
