We needed new carpet installed in the home we recently bought, and long story short, we initially began working with an independent contractor on this project but things didn't work out with him. The silver lining was that he had given us a couple different places to visit to pick out our carpet, one of which was West Coast Flooring. The first time I met Alex when I walked in, she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave my kids some coloring packets to keep them busy while I chose the carpet. (And she knew that I was there to choose carpet for the contractor we thought we were going to hire!) When things fell through with the contractor, we were on a tight timeline and I called Alex to get a quote for the work.

She expedited the shipment for the carpet and the West Coast team got to work as soon as it arrived. The entire process with her was wonderful. She was always on top of things and quickly took care of any requests we had. She even graciously answered her phone when I didn't realize it was her day off and followed up first thing the next day! It's obvious that Alex is very committed to her job and making sure her customer's needs are met.

We're so happy with how it all turned out, and I kid you not, I think about how much I love our new carpet every single day - every time I walk upstairs! It feels luxurious. Big thank you to Alex and our hard-working install crew!

I don't understand why Costco has a contract with this company. We ordered our carpet from Costco and this company contacted us to do our carpet (1 day job). It was the worst experience of our lives. No matter how they reply to this my husband and I stand by our review of West Coast Flooring. That is how we had to live for over 1 week, including Easter. I am disabled.

At the beginning, one of their employees was a bit unavailable (Covid issues), then I left a bad review and Shane (the owner), contacted us to carefully try to understand my review and the issues I had with the company and result. they earned our business back! Shane and their team and AMAZING, they delivered what they promised to us in a great timing and amazing flooring! I already recommended them for some friends and I would be happy to keep using their services when needed. Thanks Shane and Igor for your great job! Impressed!

Kelley and her team at West Coast Flooring are the best. My wife and I recently did a major renovation. We used Kelley and her team for our wood floors, tile for our bathrooms, showers, and backsplashes, and pulls for our kitchen and bathroom. Kelley also referred us to a countertop source and set us up with numerous subcontractors. She and her team care about their clients and treat them like family.

I will never go anywhere else for Flooring! The staff at West Coast flooring are incredibly helpful friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make things easy for me. I really appreciate the high quality of what they sell. My installer was so impressed and said it was some of the nicest vinyl flooring he had ever worked with. I've really enjoyed working with Kelley and the West Coast Flooring team! We recently made a long distance move and needed the old carpet replaced before we moved in with our family. Kelley was able to refer me to places local to me at the time to make our choices and the job at our new home was done well and we were so happy to see the beautiful carpet exactly as we pictured upon arrival.

We were so incredibly happy with the work West Coast Flooring did for us! From the beginning of our flooring project to the end, the customer service was amazing. I can say with certainty that WCF truly cares for their clients. We went with a vinyl floor and we are so happy with our choice. They also did our baseboards/demo/carefully moved furniture! We had them install on the first and second floor along with our stairs and I'm so happy with the finished product. We decided to upgrade the flooring on our entire downstairs area after a flood ruined a portion of our wood flooring. After going through numerous quotes we ended up selecting West Coast Flooring, Vista, for our project. Not only did they have the product we liked best, but they were also one of the lowest bidders. Our experience at the store and working with Woody was great.

No pressure. Very professional, and the quoting process was clear and detailed. The icing on the cake was the fact that the installers (David, Punter, and Zack) did a GREAT job (and this is such an important part of the overall project). The guys were courteous, did excellent work - including a challenging stair section - and cleaned up daily before they left the site.
