Critical: Quality I had them install flooring. There were gaps all over and there response to the problem was to fill the huge gaps with caulking. when u expressed I wasn't happy they threatened to put a lean on my home unless I paid. worst company ever

Can't believe this store is still in business. The carpet layer was the worse. Had my house carpeted and a few years later every room needs to be re-stretched. Ripples everywhere. I made a complaint when it was laid but management sent the same guy out to address it. I told them it wasn't right.
