Professional and timely! We had quartz countertops installed in 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. They worked with our hectic schedules and were extremely efficient in their installation. Could not have been any happier! Highly recommend!

I wanted my counter repaired because they did the installation 1 year ago on a brand new house. They made and cancelled appointments for 5 weeks and then said they didn't think they could do the work. The original installation of the floor and some of the counters had to be ripped out. DON'T ever use this company. They are absolutely terrible. No customer service and always have excuses.

Very professional and great work. I appreciate all that went into getting my countertops right, and the guys' work ethics and diligence. Job well done!

After buying flooring from LL flooring, T brothers did the installation. Monique was amazing and she was able to book my installation before the holidays (next day actually). Dany's team finished the job in one day! I had a minor issue and they came and fixed it right away the next day. Overall happy with the customer service and my new floors.

Used T Brothers to install granite on additional cabinets in my new home. They were great! They stayed in contact with me, I knew where we always were in the process. They were timely and ready to install as soon as possible. Installers were very good and experienced. Adrian helped me along the process and even found me a sink to install into the laundry cabinet. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for tile or granite needs in the Vegas area.

I used T brothers to remodel my master bathroom. I had issues with a plumber, they worked around that to still get me done on time. They even went out of their way to fix a drywall hole left by a plumber months ago. I recommend them to everyone that wants to remodel their place. Dustin is very helpful and gets stuff done! I was very pleased when I contacted T Bros. They came out quickly when I called and after getting me a quote the installers were only a couple of days later. The installers stayed late to make sure the job was done properly. I find that unusual in todays work force. I will always contact them for any tile work I have. Thanks Bill and team.

We recently had our kitchen granite replaced. We selected T Brothers Tile to do the job, mainly because we were familiar with their work. They did a great job. The guys they sent out to demo the old granite and replace the underlayment were very efficient and really knew what they were doing. We really wanted a single slab for the kitchen island to avoid a seam. The crew was able to do that. It took 7 guys to lift the 130 slab into place. These guys are good at what they do.

I hired them to install a countertop in my bathroom and it was the worst experience I have had with a company. They scheduled my installation before they had the stone and didn't tell me. Then the day before it was supposed to be installed I called to confirm and they informed me their power had been out for a few days so it wouldn't get done on time.

At this point I had already disconnected the sinks so my bathroom wasn't even usable. They finally came the next week to install it and didn't bring the sinks I had purchased from them. I called to discuss the issues with the owner and his only concern was the amount of money he had lost from the delays related to the power outage.

MINUS 5 STARS! Home Owners BE AWARE of POOR Service and the scheduler deliberately scheduling towards advantages of new income versus finishing up job already started and leaving us waiting over a month! Once you sign the contract with them, you are left on your own. If you complaint to them, all the owner does is to yell at you! That is all he know how to do, and then he apologies for yelling at you!

The workers were unsupervised the whole time, Danny only showed up at the end after many complaints of things going wrong! This has been the worst experience! Tiles of the same repeated in a row of the same patterns. The owner can not do floor estimates! He also agreed upon a price over the phone and later changed to a much higher price on the date of signing contract when I had everything lined up!

I paid him what he wanted. But, he is not a man of word. After over a month waiting for the second batch of tiles and the workers to return to finish the tile work. They kept workers delayed day after day and going to other jobs, one job to another leaving us sitting waiting with the house open to dusty place and unsanitary conditions to cook. This company only cares about money and, in fact we were over charged by over $5000 in comparison with my neighbor who did the same floors with the same square footage with another company one moth later.

Save yourself the trouble in dealing with the most unprofessional company! The driver complains that he had to drive without AC on 110 degrees outside! Stay away from this company! There are many other better one out there! Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I signed with this company, which are pretty bad reviews!

Great customer service and product. Needed a 99 inch top for a desk. We were able to get a beautiful remnant installed quickly -- just 2 days after they came out to measure. Installers were professional and did a great job. We worked with Andrew, who was extremely responsive and helpful in selecting the perfect stone and scheduling our install. Price was really reasonable. Great experience.

Would not recommend this group. They take deposit and don't show up for 3 weeks. When they do, the granite top is put in sloppy, didn't fit right had to be pieced, matter of fact just noticed it has a crack line, instead of midering the edges it was glued. Had 2 fabricators at house to give me estimate for other jobs, showed them the top, they told me it will not hold up.

So now I have to replace it. When the owner came over for final payment, showed him the job, did not offer to redo just wanted FINAL payment. There are too many fabricators that do excellent work, just need to do your homework.

This is my second project with TBrothers. Both jobs were great. My kitchen looks amazing!

This is the second time I've used T Brothers Tile for projects in my home. They are courteous, helpful and have a great inventory to assist the customer. Their showroom is clean, their staff is knowledgeable and were masked so I also felt safe in their store. The finish work is beautiful and was delivered in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm very pleased with the service I experienced from them and recommend them highly!

The only person who wants free money here is the contractor, who did a terrible job, did not abide by the terms of getting the work done properly before we moved and now wants to keep a bunch of money he's not entitled to. You can tell by his comment and many of these reviews exactly what kind of business this is.

If you want excuses, bad workmanship and large bills, this is the company for you. We expressly required the flooring to be installed before we moved into our new place. After we moved in we noticed their shoddy workmanship including excess glue on the stairs and gaps between the wall and base boards. The manager, Dustin, instead of taking responsibility for his incompetent employees made all the excuses in the world, including that the floors shrank because of the heat. Heat may make something expand but, not shrink. Find someone else if you don't want the hassle and time waste of, dealing with these jokers.

To whom it may concern, I am writing this to express my sincere appreciation of the work performed by your company on the installation of our new vinyl plank flooring. The quality of work performed was exceptional considering an entire home was completed while our family was still living in the home. We had the honor of meeting Danny, a very impressive person, and with the issues we had from day one he and his crew made this an easy transition. Overall job was perfect, office staff very efficient only complaint was we asked the tile guys not to clean up their mud buckets in the desert landscaping and they started and asked for them to stop. Gave a 5 because they respected our home and were very nice to deal with. Will definitely use them on future projects

What a joke of a bussness I paid them almost 17,000 dollors to lay my marble and granite floors they did a horrable job then when I contacted the owner he said I bought sub standard marble because I purchased it from floor and decor they also never sealed their work was so bad please dont use these bums

Howard and his group of guys here at T Brothers are amazing! They were able to find the right countertop for my little bar area and it took them less than a week to fabricate and install it for me. very happy and will refer these guys to my friends! Thank you for outstanding customer service

Having owning and remodeling multiple homes, I can tell you from experience that these people are very reasonable, very professional and did an absolutely perfect job on our complex house tile flooring project. I expected that the project would at least take a week or two, but it only took 2 days total and the results were astounding! Hats off to your hard working team! Thank you! Very happy customer here! I used T brothers for the fabrication and install of my hearthstone. Not only did they take my remnants of my $800 marble slab, but when I called about getting it back, they never got back to me. I am furious that they would take my material that I was planning to use on other places in my house. I would strongly recommend that you do business with someone else.

We hired T Brother Tile to install ceramic tile in our four bedrooms, so the entire house has consistent flooring throughout. We purchased the tile ourselves and T Brothers Tile installed the tile with stain-proof, single component grout, since we have two dogs. Just like all of the reviewers on Google when we wrote this review, our family chooses to give T Brother Tile the highest possible rating in every category.

Form start to finish and follow-up, this company is amazing. T Brothers Tile was able to accommodate our work schedules, so we could resume our lives and have everything installed in three days and everything was moved back into the four bedrooms before we started work again. Bill, the company's owner is super professional, he gave us a fair estimate and the communication was excellent.

Bill followed up to be sure the crew arrived on time and he sent a supervisor out to inspect and monitor progress. Our lives were minimally disrupted, even though all four bedrooms of furniture were in the common living areas at one point. We were able to sleep in one the four bedrooms the first night and we were able to move back into the Master Bedroom the next day! Roberto, the lead installer and his colleague Sal were both amazing in terms of professionalism, communication, accommodating our lives and schedules so we were minimally disrupted, they removed and hauled away all of the carpet, did an amazing job on the final result (beautifully installed tile and grout, which match the entire house). And, single component grout is not the easiest to work with.

They moved all of the furniture out and back into the four bedrooms and left the job site immaculate at the end of the job. Danny, the supervisor, and Roberto assured me that we can give them a call if we need anything later on. Danny even offered to come back after a week or so if the dogs poop and pee on the new grout, since it truly takes five days to fully cure.

He offered this, even though it was our family's choice to have the job done as quickly as possible. Thanks, so much, T Brothers Tile, for making our home better and so beautiful and we will choose to do business with you again, if ever a tile cracks, or if we move again and need an entire house of ceramic tile installed. And, we will refer you to as many people as we can.

We are LOVING our new floors and the quick turn around. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Our floors are beautiful and the guys left our home neat and clean. We hired the T-brothers after reading their yelp reviews. Our project began on January 31 and they finally finished on March 25th. The quality of their work was good; however, I was a little bit frustrated with their lack of communication. When we texted them, we rarely ever received a text back. We were constantly harassed to pay the final bill yet the project hadn't even been completed yet. That was in my opinion, the biggest problem. If I could, I would give 3.5 stars.

Bill and T brothers were great, work was done in a timely manner, workers were fantastic, laid tile, hardwood floors, carpet, backsplash, granite countertops. Full kitchen redo and flooring. Great work. Extremely happy. All work was excellent. Bill was always readily available, monitored the job closely, and always answered all calls. Highly recommend.

We recently sold our house and I still joke that I wish we could have taken those tile floors with us. My dad, who was in construction himself for 20+ years, frequently called it the best tile job he had ever seen. Me too. Great work T Brothers. Seriously! 4.5 years later and I am still bragging about this tile job. Now my big question is, how much will they charge for food, travel and lodging to install new tile for me now 1300 miles away?
