It Is Finished

We purchased somewhat of a fixer-upper in Plant City, and the major issue was the floors. The tile was cracked, the carpet was stained, it was horrendous all around. We called It Is Finished and Robert was able to come out a day later to do measurements, and we had a complete itemized estimate the day after that. Full demo and removal of the old floors, and materials and install for brand new LVP. Robert and Adam were extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process, and they were able to accommodate our tight timeline as we absolutely HAD to have it finished before the end of April. Joe the installer did a fantastic job.

We now have one continuous LVP floor throughout the whole house and it's absolutely beautiful! The Mohawk flooring we chose feels very high quality, great to walk on and it's completely level. It Is Finished had a wide selection of colors/prints at the warehouse and we were able to go in and pick the one we knew would fit perfectly with the color of our walls.

Overall I would enthusiastically recommend It Is Finished to anyone in the greater Tampa area that needs a new floor. Our job was pretty big, but they nailed it. We're in love with the floor and in love with the house. Thanks!

This company has been absolutely amazing, especially during and extremely stressful time. We are moving home to Florida from Guatemala, and needed to have our carpets replaced before selling our home and moving to a different area. This company patiently answered so many questions over several weeks. We made a decision on the flooring and forgot to call and make the downpayment, but the company noticed there was not much of our chosen color left and ordered it anyway.

We had other repairs going on in the home that needed to be finished before the carpet could be installed, and we actually had to reschedule twice because the repairs took longer than expected. They installed the carpets quickly, and they look beautiful. And this whole process happened with us in another country. We are so disappointed to be selling the home! We have never had such nice looking carpets, and they cost less than half the price of Home Depot. We will definitely have them put flooring in our new home! Thank you!

I would give them 10 stars if it let me! Right from the start Adam, Robert we're the best thru the whole experience. We had our upstairs over 1400 sq feet done with new carpet and we couldn't be more pleased. Leo and his partner did an amazing job installing the carpet! and Vernon the owner is amazing. Great experience from start to finish. Reasonable pricing. Communication was very good, which I've found lacking with other contractors. I purchased both LVP and carpet. Two different install teams for each flooring type. Both teams were fantastic, efficient and quick putting down the flooring, as well as responsive to questions. Would use It Is finished again, no question.

Amazing experience from the time we walked in to the showroom all the way to the carpet installation being completed. The communication was excellent and I am very happy with the quality.

I will preface this by saying I have high expectations with any service/product I pay for. I called and spoke with Adam on a Monday after my husband and I attempted unsuccessfully to install our own floors. By Tuesday we had a quote and on Wednesday our floors had been installed. We liked them so much, we had our carpet installed with them the next day.

They took a very stressful situation and went above and beyond to get us floors. The carpet people were fantastic. They had car trouble and weren't going to have to come the next day. By mid afternoon they were up and running and came to do the job. They stayed late to make sure the carpet was installed so they didn't have to inconvenience us the next day.

Both they and the vinyl floor guy Jason went above and beyond to move everything that we hadn't because we didn't know they were coming. Both of the vinyl floor guys, who also installed our baseboards were professional and quick. One of my floor pieces got scratched and I texted Jason what dto do and he was at our home replacing it within an hour. I was so impressed. No extra charge, no questions, just excellent customer service. I highly recommend Adam and his team!

We received excellent customer service from Robert, our flooring salesman, to the installation staff. Robert spent quality time with us in helping us choose our flooring, and provided us with a great price. Jason and Mike installed the flooring, they called prior to arriving at our home (a lost service with other companies). They both worked hard, answered our questions and were very professional. We highly recommend this flooring company.

Vernon was very helpful with the flooring selection process, the warehouse is impressive and the price was very affordable. I am so pleased with how my floors turned out, Jason and Mike were friendly, fast and efficient during the installation! I highly recommend this company, in fact I plan to get some carpet installed in the near future.

Very happy with the experience, my floors were done quickly and look stunning. The crew arrived on time and even stayed late the second day to finish up, which was greatly appreciated by our family. Other floor stores told us we wouldn't be able to get installed by Christmas, but Robert assured us it would be no issue. Particularly pleased with the tile in our bathroom that looks just like marble, but at a much better value.

Highly recommend this company based on the entire process, patient staff, products, speed of getting to my flooring placement, care taken for our allergy needs and satisfaction with the work! I needed to have my carpet replaced immediately due to an allergic reaction involving my carpet. I submitted an online inquiry regarding pricing on the company website on a Friday morning.

Within about an hour, Robert contacted me. He was extremely informative and didn't express any "salesmen's like" pressure. He was able to come to my home the same day and show me my options. I decided on carpeting and was able to get it installed by Tuesday. Over the weekend, I had changed my mind from carpeting to vinyl/wood/composite. I called the company and Robert was off for the day, but they said they would forward the message and likely it wouldn't be a problem. Robert contacted me on his day off, provided flooring options and information.

He was able to come first thing Monday morning to show me in person the samples. By mid-day Wednesday my flooring was replaced with extra care regarding allergies by the installers. Robert and the installers were so patient through this delicate process for me. I cannot thank them enough. I will never go anywhere else for my flooring needs. Well done guys!

Worked for Vernon. He never paid me for my services. If prices are low you know why, he doesn't pay his contractors.

Awful company. They sent DRUNK installers to do floors on my house. After they finished it was out of line and the floor was not straight. I asked them to fix it but they stated giving me excuses to not do it since it would required to replace some of the flooring and it was not in the budget. Then I cancelled the job and they came and removed all the floors and I've been disputing the transaction for over 4 months and they refused to returned the full amount. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Plus the owner Vernon hides and refuses to speak with you.

Unfinished job and terrible handling of the situation from the company. They are good at what they do, but a job well done involves more than knowing how to do it.

Fantastic company! The owner and his staff to tremendous work and are ALWAYS on time and communicate thoroughly. We requested a quote for hard wood stairs and were hoping to have it done quickly. The owner came out the same day! The next day they came back so we could pick our color to stain our wood and three days later the carpet was ripped out and new stairs put in. It took a little over a day to dry before they could sand down and put the final coat on but from start to finish the job took 2 days! The quality is excellent!

Great company to work with. Honest, will beat competitors price and provide quality workmanship. We have used them on 3 different rooms in our home and each time has been an excellent experience.
