Flooring America

After too many years with carpet that wouldn't clean anymore, we shopped several stores and decided that Murison's Flooring was the one we wanted to use. We had four bedrooms and it took us a while to decide on which carpet to use. Ed mentioned it would take two days to do the bedrooms which was fine. We set the date and for some reason the crew was still working on another job. Needless to say, after getting four bedrooms ready for carpeting we were disappointed. However, they came the next day and instead of two days they finished all four bedrooms in one day! We were very happy with the workmanship and the higher grade of carpet that we selected. I highly recommend this store if you want the personal touch.

I worked with Murison's Flooring America a few times, and they always do a great service. For my most recent service, they could squeeze my last-minute order to their busy schedule and make me and my tenant happy. Ed Lacina is wonderful! Highly recommend them to my friends and clients!

My wife and I recently used Murison's Flooring America for hardwood floors, carpet removal and baseboards. We had our floors done last year and we still love them as much as we did the first day. We had the big task to replace all the carpet in our house with hardwood floors. We went to many hardwood floor stores in the span of weeks to figure out what we wanted and finally found Murison's at the recommendation of a friend. With the help of Ed, the owner, who came to visit our house to provide his expertise, we were able to narrow down our options and figure out exactly what we wanted.

We brought home some samples so we could match exactly the type of look we wanted, and we found exactly what we were looking for. When our first floor was completed, the house looked so gorgeous that we decided to replace all the carpets on the second floor as well! Ed and team also provided a recommendation to replace the carpet on our stairwell which looks amazing.

The whole process went flawless. Ed would call us and come by consistently throughout the duration of the hardwood and carpet installation to ensure everything was going according to plan. Ed and team were such a pleasure to work with. His crew always came on time, moved and cleaned everything after they left, and were super nice to work with. We could not be happier with their service and the finished product. We always get so many compliments on our floors. It made a huge difference in the way our house looks, and we absolutely LOVE IT!

This is a great place to go if you want knowledgeable people to help you select flooring. I was replacing 5 areas and needed advice to choose the best carpet. Ed was so very helpful, didn't try to up-sell me or rush my decision. He guided me to the best option and I am delighted with the results! I have gotten so many compliments and love the carpet. Murison's is a great place to buy flooring.

I've been using Murison's Flooring for about a decade now in Commercial/Residential buildings and cannot say enough good things about them. Excellent customer service, fair pricing and they can seemingly get their hands on any type of flooring, even things that are very "out of the ordinary". As long as I continue to manage buildings in the Bay Area, I will continue to be a Murison's customer!

I am posting this review a bit late, however, I would like to thank Ed and the installation performed by Ray and Pedro of Murison's Flooring for the excellent job that they did with our new Armstrong kitchen floor. We had a graduation party planned and we were struggling to find the 'right' tile and look to match our 'agressive' timeline and budget. Murison's delivered (with two days to spare)! I definitely recommend Murison's flooring because of their customer focus and Ray/Pedro for their attention to detail! Well Done!

Took over 2 weeks and a dozen phone calls and emails to just get someone to come out and quote replacing a shutter panel (of which I had previously purchased from them 3 years ago). Then, after we decided to go with a better priced competitor, I get a bill for the quoting process (one would thinking they should of had my original measurements on file).

Never once between all the phone calls and emails was a fee mentioned - and I definitely cannot find a mention of it on their website - if anything, I actually see it says "Free Measurements" one the bottom of the screen. One of the worse customer experiences ever.
